Sunday, Sept 7th
🔸1:45pm-2:45pm: Salsa On2 - Empower Your Movement
This workshop is designed to help students find the confidence behind their movement. You will be guided through a series of exercises to help you connect to yourself. Once this connection is established, this experience can unlock a newfound confidence which can be applied to any type of dance or movement medium.
🔸6:00-7:00pm: Traditional Bachata Practica with Baila with Kyla
🔸7:10pm-8:10pm: Traditional Bachata - Find Your Flavor
This isn't your typical footwork class! Students will learn a footwork pattern, but with the intention of exploration. Exploring movement, musicality, and intention within their own bodies to find their strengths on the dance floor.
🔸8:20pm-9:20pm: Traditional Bachata - Improvisation in Latin Rhythms
This class will follow the rhythms of Traditional Bachata music, and students will be opened up to the idea of improvisation gently. Using different types of songs we will learn how to follow the rhythm and listen to our bodies and ideas and learn how to act without fear on the dance floor. In this class students learn how to truly shine and trust themselves.
